Why and How Should HR and Education Consulting Be?

It is a requirement for the company to perform, design and implement a collective evaluation from the performance evaluation process, which is a human resources function together with HR and Training Consulting, to the business analysis for the company.

If we need to describe the effect of related concepts on the company or firm, we can define it as the arduous commitment of a chain ring and the effect of the process on all rings. In addition, business analysis is at the beginning of these rings but let’s make the relevant depiction even more obvious through an example.

Job analysis aims to determine the task definition for the position in which the recruitment is planned and to shape the task-oriented approaches in job analysis (knowledge, skill, ability) requirements in accordance with the job definition, to make the character that the employee must have in order to fulfil the work act, which we call the job specification, obvious. Thanks to business analysis, we act on the principle of selecting the most suitable candidate rather than the most perfect candidate for the relevant position and create the first ring of the chain. Since the job analysis for the relevant position is not performed by the company, determining the job-related task definition, choosing the wrong employee as an effect of not being able to perform the appropriate person's recruitment processes correctly, will both cause a loss in terms of time and cause a serious cost to the employer. This will undoubtedly interfere with the realization of the company's goals, but may also lead to a negative business environment. As is often emphasized in academic studies, the high turnover rate (turn rate), which refers to entrances and exits to work, supports the findings that recruitment is carried out in our country without conducting more job analysis.

“Performance evaluation and a training needs analysis” in the psychology literature that is the basic argument of the field of human resources for the efficient use of human labour, the measure which should be developed through various trainings is a science. Efficiency is seen as the most important concept for many companies to achieve their vision and mission goals. There is no doubt that this concept of efficiency involves being open to innovations and not neglecting what seems certain to be done. Being able to exist and survive as a firm with globalization is undoubtedly possible by keeping up with changes. Performance measurement of this compliance, analysis and determination of training needs, determination of which employees are given which trainings and why are they part of the process reveals the nature of the situation. The importance of those that are not as much as the concepts in question in this process is undoubtedly a fact and necessity.

Will hiring the right person, performance evaluation and needs analysis be enough to complete all HR processes?

Industry, organization, or work psychology literature has often included the importance of the relationship of working people with themselves and their environment. Why? Internal activities such as the orientation process of the newly hired individual, corporate activities and chat time in some companies are planned practices considering the manifestation of interpersonal communication to working life. For this reason, the emergence of the phrase of meeting in the common interest, putting the hand under the stone as a result of common interests, makes sense by creating business families within the framework of organizational culture. It is also one of the effective methods to eliminate the concept of “alienation”, which is a big problem for many employees in working life. In today's economy, the concept called “outsourcing”, arose with the decision that the relevant departmental work should be done in agreement with a different firm, office, as we can see in many areas, especially large firms. For this purpose, it has become a requirement for companies to not be deprived of expert support at the necessary point.
