Educational Administration Specialist, Business and Education Consultant

Melek Çil was born in 1979 in Istanbul. She completed his high school education in Eyup / Istanbul in 1996. After graduating from Marmara University,the Department of Physics Teaching in 2000, she conducted and organizedtraining and counselingservices in the education and consultancy sector. In 2013, she completed her master's degree in Osman Gazi University, in the field of Educational Administration, Inspection, Economy and Planning, with her thesis study on Assessment and Evaluation and Group Activities in Education.

She has been awarded many national and international awards for herprojects she conducted in many fields. She continues to provide consultancy services for educational institutions and individuals by combining various theories with individualized methods and preparing institutionalization and individualization models. She still works on planning educational environments with the studies she conducted for different types of administrators, teachers and students using the Enneagram model.

In 2017, she completed her English language education at Beykent University. She currently studied for doctorate at Beykent University, Institute of Social Sciences, and Department of Business Administration.

As of 2018, Mrs. Çil has been carrying out Corporate Consultancy activities under the roof of R&M Consultancy. She is married and has two children.
